At 1100 Rated, we stand behind the quality of our disc golf apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve got you covered with our easy return and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached, if applicable).
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at support@1100rated.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll send return instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds & Processing

Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we’ll process an exchange as soon as we receive your item.
Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If returning due to preference (size, color, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
